TK New York conquered 2011 NY Fashion Week in true style with the launch events for PEPSI SKINNY, and Charlotte Ronson’s Fashion Show after-party. Set in a raw gallery space in New York’s SoHo neighborhood TK New York along with special guest designer Simon Doonan (Barney’s NY) created a sleek and stylish space with pop culture appeal. Thousands of Pepsi Skinny cans were crafted into 3 window vignettes where during the first evening’s event live models showcased the displays.

"I'm thrilled to be working with Diet Pepsi in creating a truly one-of a kind window installation – one of my boldest creations yet – that fashion insiders, tastemakers and the public at large can all enjoy," Doonan said.  "Along with the element of surprise, one of the best things about fashion week is the chic-sexy confidence exuded by attendees and models alike, and I've incorporated both into the display."

 

The Pepsi Skinny product launch event passed the Fashion Week celebrity test with a space filled with A-listers such as Blake Lively, Brook Shields, Gabrielle Union, Kelly Rutherford, LaLa Vasquez, Jonathan Adler (Designer), Matthew Suttle among many others. Guests grooved to DJ Reach and enjoyed Pepsi Skinny and Pepsi Skinny specialty drinks through a Jonathan Adler designed straw especially for this campaign.

TK New York’s fashion week premiere closed with the Charlotte Ronson Fashion show after-party. Special Guest DJ Samantha Ronson and band MNDR performed for guests from the art, music and fashion industries.  Fashion week NY has not seen the last of TK New York!
