WIRED magazine called upon TK New York to provide direction and logistic detail in 3 film festival sponsorship activations for SAAB. This brought the TK New York team to the Aspen Shorts Film Festival, Aspen, CO; Washington, DC’s Film Festival, Washington,DC and to the San Francisco Film Festival in San Francisco, California. Full sized video booth and SAAB’s newest vehicle the 2012 94x in tow, the TKNY team set up activations in each city to capture the “right brain independent thinking” of festival goers for SAAB. Each city’s film festival offered an eclectic insight from independent film makers worldwide. TKNY worked with each film festival’s director to achieve the branding and on site presence both WIRED magazine and SAAB were looking for. TK New York took SAAB’s message to heart by using our right brains to execute and achieve an active branding experience where festival attendees stepped into the booth to record a 30 second message to SAAB about the last time they did something unconventional. Outside each theater the 94-x vehicle and SAAB representative welcomed visitors to sit in the passenger seat and enjoy the new smooth features.
